On January 23rd, I spent the day in Concord, CA at the UFC Gym.  Several fighters were there. Mike Swick was signing autographs.  Had a chance to catch up with Swick in the VIP area.  Asked him about the new gym, his upcoming bout with Paulo Thiago, being a celebrity and what he is looking to do in 2010.

Jon Fitch was signing autographs in the gym's octagon.  I had a chance to catch up with Fitch in the VIP area and asked him what he thought of the gym, his upcoming rematch with Thiago Alves and why he got in to MMA.

On January 23rd, I spent the day in Concord, CA at the UFC Gym.  Several fighters were there. But in this case it wasn't about the fighters.  It was a chance to talk with 49er Legend and NFL Hall of Fame finalist Roger Craig. UFC President Dana White makes a quick cameo.
