Hi,
I'm fairly new to podcasting. I've had a radio show (live over the air waves AM station) for a year and they play bumper music (I Can See Clearly Now). Up til now I've mostly been posting the MP3's to my website, but now I'm getting much more ambitious and setting up a podcast and pushing to iTunes, etc.
My question is this: is the copyright/royalty issue on the use of the song covered because it originally aired on KDWA, or do I need to edit off all the bumper music for my podcasts?
Thanks!
