There's no such thing as the best anti-virus because each one uses a different search method. Thus, having more than one is optimal. I would also suggest spybot in addition to your current anti-virus programs.

I use Cyberdefender. I downloaded the free scanner off of their website first and it found a whole bunch of junk that I didn't know was on there. I ended upgrading to the full version because of the 24/7 tech support. Cyberdefender works great! I would definitely recommend it.

before I had avast but it's not really doing what it suppose to do!So I switch to avg now I'm really satisfied with it!
