audio mixers?

hey guys, my buddies and I have been looking endlessly trying to figure out what kind of audio mixer to buy for our podcast. We are looking to have at least 4 mic inputs. We're looking for something that can plug straight into the computer, and doesnt need an outside amplifier if possible. Can you please point me in the right direction?

been reading, should i be using an audio interface to solve this issue?
