Podcasting Kit

I'm in search for a podcasting kit. Budget is pretty much open for now, until I see some kits and what they offer, I'll have to look around. I am however looking for something that will allow a group of people to talk together. And I might eventually want a mic that will eliminate some/most of the background noise, but let a group of people talk.



Any recommendations?
