Recording Two Inputs Simultaneously

I am a new podcaster (I haven't even recorded my first episode) and I have an issue I cannot figure out.

I have two microphones for recording a conversation between me and my co-host who will be right next to me. How can me and her have our mics plugged in to the same computer and record on Audacity? One mic uses the USB port and the other uses the headphone/microphone ports.

If it matters, I am also hoping to record someone over Skype.

I am not sure if this is too ambitious in regards to the technology I have, but it is worth a shot.

I don't really know Audacity or how the different types of microphones would come into play, but no one has a better solution you can always look into getting a multi-channel sound card (http://altoedge.com/soundcards/index.html) as a way of getting multiple feeds into your computer at once.
