Alright, for my podcast I am going to use the following mixer. http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/product/Behringer-Xenyx-802?sku=631263

I already have a mic, stand, and XLR cables picked out, however, I don't know what cables I need to bring sound from the computer into the mixer and from the mixer to the computer.

I don't want to hook the mixers output up to a normalizer or anything like that, I just want to hook it straight to my soundcard.

Would I just need two of something like this? http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102952&cp=&sr=1&origkw=1%2F8+to+1%2F4&kw=1%2F8+to+1%2F4&parentPage=search

Or do I need a Y 1/4" cable?

I'm pretty confused on this, so any help would be great!

I just ordered the same mixer, from looking at other's tutorials on the web I think you'll need a cable like this:

http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Live-Wire-3.5mmDual-14-Y-Cable?sku=330480

It'll bring the left and right channels out of your mixer into a stereo 3.5mm (aka 1/8") plug, which is the type that most sound cards use. You'll probably be plugging into the mains-out.

This video has helped me a lot (it's about setting up a mix minus, but it has a good discussion of wiring things up):
