RSS Feed?

How do i set up an RSS Feed? I've attempted this before at forums, but had no luck. Now I'm starting a podcast and would like to put them into a feed.

I'm just starting out on this myself, but I've been producing a few RSS feeds for a month now -

You ask how to make a rss feed, but you say your podcasting - I find this confusing.... do you want to know the tags for a rss feed (usually text, links, etc.) or for a podcast (includes additional tags for media)?

The best way to create a feed is by using a CMS to do it for you :rolleyes: just my opinion..... I like cms' you can pop into a web page, and not the big ones which generate the entire website, becasuse I had to create feeds for sites already established. So I did them by hand at first to learn and then enabled the cms to take over.

There are many places on the Net which list the tags required for rss and a podcast + an ipod podcast, additionally there are many sites that will test out your rss and podcast tags and tell you if there are errors.

So what is it you need exactly?
