Podcast Artwork

I am looking for a way to have one primary artwork set for my podcast. I want this to show up when people click on the podcast section in itunes. However, each podcast posted has its own artwork. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this done?

By the way...I am using Iweb, so once Itunes had their last update, it is when the problem started to occur.
