I use Skype to record my podcast along with two other guys andI wanted to add the live stickam stream to the web site http://www.fierceugly.com (http://www.fierceugly.com/) I can hear my audio coming through Stickam but I can't here the other people on Skype. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using windows. I have seen the Hijack Pro + Sundflower solution but I do not have a Mac. How do I do this with windows?
Is there a mixing program where I can combine my mic along with the audio from skype?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Well here is what I did. I have two computers running Skype. Computer #1 is where I have my mic and host a confernce call with my co-hosts. On computer #2 I run Virtual Audio Cable and set skype on that computer to output to VAC. Then on the camera setting when I connect to ustream (changed from StickAM) I select VAC as the input. And bam there ya go. I also use audacity on compter #2 with VAC as the input there as well. Works like a charm.
Check us out and see for yourself. We stream live Sunday nights around 7pm PST. http://www.fierceugly.com/live
