Hi, I am a business owner running a small firm with part-time staff and remote clients, and my business activities make it necessary to use a special business instant messenger to ensure secure information exchange, as most of the information I need to handle is pretty sensitive. I started using the Brosix Corporate Instant Messenger last year and have been very happy with the product and the service they offer. It offers a wide range of additional features, such as a Whiteboard and Voice Chat, and can be very easily managed, even by a non-specialist like me. It is also very affordable.
My question is do you use any type of corporate IM and if yes, how do you decide on the features that you might need it to have, or is the pricing the only criterion for your choice?
