How to Make a podcast from CD

Hi. I have a radio interview that I did on cd that I need to edit and turn into a podcast using a windows machine. Can someone please tell me kow to do this and what software (hopefully free) I can use.

Since we have no budget I would recommend iTunes. Then use iTunes to "RIP" you CD into mp3 files. (that would be the one step method). Or you could rip your CD to WAV files, then use Audacity (free software) to take on an opening and ending and export to an mp3 (or wav file). If you need to convert a wav file to an mp3 you can use iTunes. You can also use iTunes to add your ID3 tags.
