Help Claiming a Solidcasts.com podcast

Hi,

I'm having troubles claiming my podcast that is hosted by solidcasts.com. I have no clue where I am supposed to put the text on my RSS feed to claim it.

Any help would be great.

Following Errors:
-WHAT IS THE WAITING PERIOD BEFORE A CAST IS CLAIMED OR IS RETRYING TO CLAIM AN INSTANT THING IF YOU HAVE EVERYTHING SET UP CORRECTLY????
-before trying to claim these are all yellow or recommended changes that should not affect claiming
-rss is hosted on solidcast
