I listened to a couple episodes and I like your show, BUT there's a problem. All of the music you're using is copyrighted material. If your music clips exceed anything over 45 seconds (or 30 seconds, i'm not 100% sure which it is), you're technically in violation of copyright terms which is probably why iTunes won't accept your podcast. Even if you stay under the 30-45 second time limit, there's still grey areas and are better off being just avoided all together.

HOWEVER, there is sort of a loophole to this. If any music falls under Creative Commons (usually the artist will state on their website if that's the case), then, as long as you're not making money off of it and you give the artist credit for their music, it should be perfectly fine to use, though I would check the artist's website and see what exactly they prefer you do with their music and crediting them under Creative Commons, as well as try to get ahold of the artist to let them know that you're using their music on your podcast as well. Also, with Creative Commons, as far as I know, there's not a whole lot of major artists that use Creative Commons on their music. The only one that comes to mind is Nine Inch Nails (and that's only their two most recent albums). Any other Creative Commons artist is usually either virtually unknown or unsigned (or in a lot of cases, both).

Hope this helped and check out my podcast The Cult Classic Movie Review if you're bored (sorry, had to include some shameless self promotion.)
