Phone Recording: Mixer to Digital Hybrid - Help!

Hi guys.

I produce a podcast where we are having difficulty setting up our telephone interviews.


Here is some information on the setup:

Telephone Recording: JK Audio Broadcast Host (Digital Hybrid)

Here is the problem:

I can record everything, but the caller cannot hear my voice.

I know it has something to do with the way I am sending Audio from my Mixer to the Broadcast Host (Digital Hybrid), but I have no idea where I'm going wrong.


Does anyone in here have a Broadcast Host (Digital Hybrid)?


If anyone could help, or give me some guidance, that would be great.
