$15 per hour is EXTREMELY low for audio production of any type. In fact, it's borderline insulting. The lowest price you're going to find for a podcast production service is $200 for a simple show where the client does all the voice work and all the podcaster does is actually produce the show.

I agree, $15 / hour is miniscule! Maybe if some high schooler or a college student were looking for work they could do at home, it might be worth it... but for what you're describing... nuts on that!
