How to make my podcast Zune-friendly?

I have a listener that says for my last 4 episodes she hasn't been able to listen to it on her Zune.In fact, it's making her Zune reboot everytime she tries to play it.
I've narrowed down the problem to this...The way I embed my artwork into the MP3 file.

I used to just right click on the MP3 file on my desktop and click on properties and add the artwork in that way and that worked fine.But then I had to restore my computer because of some issues about a month ago and now, for some reason, that function is gone when I right click on the file.So the only way I know to embed the artwork now is through iTunes.By right clicking on the song in My Library and clicking on "get info" and doing it that way.That was exactly 4 episodes ago and as an experiment I deleted the artwork from the file and had the listener redownload it directly from my web site and she said it worked fine.

Has anyone heard of this happening with Zunes before?If so, does anyone know a solution?And is there another way outside of iTunes to embed album art?I'm not sure why I could just right click on the file on my desktop before and do it and now I can't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

I thought it was ACC that let you embed images in your track. Or is that multiple images and chapter markers? The only help I can really give is to tell your subscriber to drop the Zune POS and go with something that truly supports other formats.
