Hi there,
I'm recording a novel and so it has to be very pure, rich, warm, inviting voice without any ambient noise.
I was using audacity, but the noise removal simply did not provide adequate results, so I switched to WavePad (I have no money).
WavePad is a little bit different from audacity and I'm having trouble getting the hang of it. I've noticed many of the functions offer preset values (like applying effects to voice only). Would presets be suitable for my needs?
In order to achieve a consistent sound to all chapters of my novel, I really need a set of simple effect settings that I can apply to all my recordings to make the audio sound as rich and warm as possible, without any distortion.
Does anyone have any advice for me on what effects I should use in WavePad?
