pasting claim url into feed description

i want to run this by you before i actually do it.

my feed is hosted at switchpod www.switchpod.com/users/cubbykabi/feed.xml (http://www.switchpod.com/users/cubbykabi/feed.xml)

it runs thru feedburner

i submitted my feed here at podcast alley using the feedburner feed

i want to claim it.

at switchpod, one can edit using forms and fill in the blanks information about the feed that is then stuck into the created xml. there is a field called description where i describe each episode.

do i put that href code to claim my feed in that field?

i submit my podcast to itunes. what is written in the description is what shows up in the episode description. what happens then?
