Your best option would be to read over the company policy (printed) then if you feel your still right and they are wrong consult an employment lawyer.

Podcasters have rights, but you need to contact a lawyer.

Publicly discussing the company you work for and people you work with is NOT a good idea. I have hundreds of hilarious stories that my listeners will never hear because I don't want to lose my job.

I don't believe you have the right to talk bad about your boss and not get fired. I don't know if you *should* have this right or not, but my gut tells me that you do not currently.

but my immediate boss is my cohost, the commander... lol

so i dont know, but i'll find out monday night... then tuesday i talk with a lawyer.
