I have to agree with X Pat Radio. The hype was that it was the biggest innovation since the telephone by Graham Bell, or the introduction of the Macintosh computer in 1984. It's a great device, but not a revolutionary device. Brilliant marketing by Apple, though. I hope they sell millions of iPhones before the year ends.

I hope they free it from the typical Apple we control all syndrome.
