The book Absolute Beginner's Guide to Podcasting (http://www.amazon.com/Absolute-Beginners-Guide-Podcasting/dp/0789734559) by George Colombo and Curtis Franklin used to have an accompanying website UltimatePodcasting.com (http://www.ultimatepodcasting.com/) and a podcast called "Ultimate Podcasting Podcast". Both the website and the podcast seem to have disappeared.
Does anyone know what has happened to the website and podcast, and if the podcast can be downloaded elsewhere?
I found parts of the websites through the Wayback Machine (http://www.waybackmachine.org/) of the Internet Archive, but that service doesn't preserve the complete website with all the media files, only the html text.
