A podcast that I produce and host, The WordPress Podcast (http://wordpresspodcast.org/), is currently in need of one or more co-hosts. My previous co-host, David Peralty (http://www.bloggingpro.com/), has bown out due to time constraints and personal concerns.
The WordPress Podcast is a semi-regular podcast devoted to discussing news, tips and information of interest to WordPress (http://wordpress.org/) users. If you're familiar with WordPress and would like to be considered, send an e-mail to co-host@four-oh.com.
Requirements:
A Skype address
Fluent English
Competency using WordPress
Must be available to record sometime between 5PM (Central Time (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Central_Time_Zone)) Fridays through 10PM Saturdays. (Most recordings take about an hour and the actual recording time fluctuates.)There's no pay (currently), but this is an excellent way for an individual to brand and market one's self. If the number and quality of the applicants allow for it, I'll consider going to two co-hosts or alternate between several. I'm also particularly interested in female co-hosts, as I think it'll improve the overall sound and hopefully increase awareness that women are computer users, too.
