At this time, Podcast Alley only accepts submissions from shows that have produced at least one episode. Your PodShow podcast does not currently have any episodes. As soon as you post your first episode, you can post your show to Podcast Alley without any issues.
This should fix your error. If not, please let me know and I will dig deeper.

It looks like you are typing in your PodShow subdomain for the show and not the actual RSS URL.
subdomain:
forumresponse.podshow.com
RSS URL:
http://www.podshow.com/feeds/forumresponse.xml
The RSS URL is what you need to submit your show to PodcastAlley; I just tried that URL in our validator and it works fine. Hopefully this clears things up.
