I have tried to do the claim thing 3 times now and even made a new podcast just for claiming my feed, including adding the keywords.
I still get your keyword error and my podcast still does not show up in the directory.
I don't get this site at all.

If you are talking about the feed at http://ccgi.junction31.plus.com/IPOD/dircaster.php then I can't find a claim code in there. It appears that you're using DirCaster which reads it's feed information directly from the MP3's ID3 tags. You'll have to consult their documentation on how to add custom text.
When shown in your feed, your claim code should look something like:
My Podcast Alley feed! (http://www.podcastalley.com/) {pca-58037319c072f6b79074b1d8a9b8776c}In your feed's source code it should look something like:
<a href="http://www.podcastalley.com/"> My Podcast Alley feed!</a> {pca-58037319c072f6b79074b1d8a9b8776c}
