Hi,

I have just bought a Macbook, and the only thing I miss is adobe audition. It was incredible for removing hiss and also exporting in various mp3 formats, both things I need to do a lot. On the mac I have tried audacity and garage band, but neither do these things well. I know I could run xp on the mac with parallels but am reluctant to do so. Any ideas on other software I could try?

Thanks in advance for any help...

Rob from Podcast411 says SoundSoap is a good app to remove hissing and other audio artifacts. I haven't tried it myself.
