My podshow stats have been stuck for a week now
I noticed the 'Requests' number for the first two shows hadn't moved in a while and figured people were busy during the holidays and weren't watching. I put up new show last night and people have told me they've seen it...it still says 0 Requests.
I looked at my graphs and the last day listed is December 23rd
Is anyone else having problems?
I emailed podshow support but the auto message says "You might not get your email answered before the new year."

Yes,
same here. I already mailed them about this but still no response. I guess there's a chance this problem could last until next year :(

Hey there everybody.....We are aware of the issue related to the PodShow stats and recently posted a message over at http://garage.podshow.com. I have quoted the full version of that post below. Thanks to everyone for letting us know about the issue and your patience while we correct the display issue.
Joe
Good evening everyone! We hope that you had a great holiday season and are looking forward to 2007 with great anticipation, as we have lots of great entertainment coming your way - mostly made by you!
We wanted to take a moment and let you know that the stats portion of the PodShow site are not currently updating correctly, and we are actively working on the issue. The portion of the stats that is not functioning is only the user's display, and what this means to you is that we are continuing deliver your media and monitor the downloads. All download requests are being accurately counted and stored on our servers. Once the issue with the display interface has been fixed, your downloads from the last fews days will be refreshed and correctly displayed.
We are taking this very seriously and are working through the holiday weekend to correct this issue as quickly as possible. We understand how important stats are to you and your brand, and are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for the reply Joe!
I checked the Garage before and didn't see anything. I'm happy to see when it comes back no data will have been lost. :)

I'm not sure if mine is accurate yet or not.
It's definitely changed...so it looks like they are on the right track though. My third episode is showing a thousand more Requests than my first two. That seems off LOL

LOL
The 90 Day Snapshot...is that working for you? Mine is blank. My counters seem to be working though. One is still really high, but they all have been moving along like they should now.

Sorry for not checking back here sooner - all the stats seems to be working fine now - and, if memory serves, they've been ok for at least the past few days, maybe a bit longer...
