Hello timpop.

What you're trying to add is a website (HTML). To be a valid feed, you need to submit an XML RSS page. The link in the error you recieved has some information, but I would suggest you take a look at the iTunes specification (http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/podcaststechspecs.html) for a podcast if you need more information about the differences.

From looking at your site, I think you may have meant to submit http://timpoplive.com/rss2.aspx which is the XML RSS/Podcast version of your site. If you submit that, your submisstion will go through with only a few warnings.
