How is it I add my logo so it shows while people listen to my podcast?
I understand it's something to do with ID3 tags, but when I look at the info through WinAmp, I can't see anything relating to images or logo's.
Thanks.

Great question. I thought it was just me that could not get my logo to display as the cover art. I was just a bit too shy to ask.
Now I will sit back and find out what you are told.
Thanks for asking.

We do our album artwork through iTunes. It's the best way, we think...
You just go to the last tab when you edit ID3s, and browse for your image. I'm sure you can do it with other programs though... Its really simple. Just search Google.

Okay, thats great thanks. I've used iTunes to attach an image. Is that image now 'embedded' into the mp3? Or is it 'linked to'?

Anyone know how to do it without iTunes? I use Linux for my production so don't have iTunes as an option. I do have access to a machine with iTunes though.
As to whether it is linked or embedded, I would think it has to be embedded.

Well, I am a little dense, but I figured it out. I thought it was somehow tied in with the feed and not the ID3. With the respone above about using iTunes, I figured it must be something that I can do with my ID3Tag editor. I use EasyTag. Plain as day, right there when you are adding the tag info, there is a tab to click so you can add a picture. Works great.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

My favorite tool is
http://massid3lib.sourceforge.net/
You can see a whole directory/folder of yoru mp3s and do them at once and also make sure they all match (like the album, author, etc).
