If you are looking for detailed information on how to submit, edit and claim your show at Podcast Alley, I have written up a tutorial here:

Read it, comment on it, and if you find any errors, please let me know. I will continue to update it as this site updates :)

When my Podcast is claimed I will post the correct home website. When I started I just put in the Talkshoe's url. Where I can't add a post to the website Talkshoe (http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/protected/myTalkShoe.jsp?pushNav=1&cmd=myts) . But I will post the claim I.D to http://trivita.trivita1.com which is my home website. When the claim is completed.

I've noticed that there are several podcasts that are new (my own included), but aren't being found in the search function provided in PodCastAlley.com.

Doing a Google search, entering, for example, "youcast podcast alley", I find the following URL:

http://www.podcastalley.com/podcast_details.php?pod_id=77575

So, I know that I properly entered all the information and it shows up here and in iTunes, but I wanted a listing on PodCastAlley so people would be able to find my podcast and subscribe easily.

What's the point in listing if PodCast Alley can't manage to obtain podcasts listed in its own database?

I could just tell people to Google YouCast and come directly to the website - it doesn't seem that PodCast Alley is providing the service that it says it does.

What's up???

PCA's instructions are unclear and I see lots of people on this forum having problems getting this to work. Is there anyone on these forums who can answer specific questions on this or re-write the instructions? Am I supposed to paste that code into my XML file or is posting the code into a blog entry on my podcast's web site supposed to be the proper thing to do? It's kind of an ugly, clumsy solution to have the Podcast Alley gobbledygook on my blog as an entry.
