Does anyone if it's possible to record the Wave Out Mix and your microphone at the same time on Audacity? If so, how?

I don't think it is - that's one of the reasons I ended up buying a small mixer.

You can switch between the mic and the stereo mix on the fly if you don't need to talk over your PC sound.

Yep, that is why you get a mixer. you could use two different recording devices if you like, that might work.
