Can anyone turn me on to a catcher that lets me consistently control the ID3 tag metadata? I currently use Ziepod and have tried most of the others at some time and version or another. Ziepod and a few others appear to have the ability to let me set and override default values for different tag categories such as genre, author, etc... My dissatisfaction is that even though I set a default values for various tag categories, often this is ignored and the original data is downloaded anyway, or the data is simply missing, or the titles are all named the same. I have been a heavy pod user for a couple of years now and have had this problem across different pcs, catchers and mp3 players from day one. I currently download the files, and then have to go through windows explorer and check each file and make the corrections before pushing them onto the mp3 player...some are always wrong, some sometimes, some always correct. Just looking for a catcher that consistently controls the metadata as I set it. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance for the help, and sorry for the novel-length post.
