I've been conducting interview on my podcast for many months, but I feel that a lot of them have been too elementary, and sometimes boring for the listener to bare. Could you take some time to listen to a few of these interviews and provide me with constructive criticism on how to improve for my next?

I think it might be the tone of my voice... or maybe just the subject matter itself? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
