Podcast Ready Mypodder issues

I have recently tried out Podcast Ready. I love the software. Very easy to use. However, Podcast Ready has no support. No where to submit problems.

So here goes.

One of my favorite podcasts (croncast) will not work. The software says it has downloaded but when you look in the download section it is not there.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I guess I was looking for a forum or something. I hate emailing and waitling on someone to reply if ever.

I've emailed them and it took less than a few hours to get a response. Not sure about your watch but that's a little less than forever. Give it a try and have faith in people.

Will email again. These guys are really on top of things. A forum would be better.

Finally got a response from Podcast Ready.

Maybe there was a problem with the first email?

I used to use the PodcastReady application myself. I think they really missed the mark by leaving out the features of having scheduled downloads and unattended operation. I wrote then a long, lengthy and detailed message, and never got a response. I put in a lot of time into it and waited for months for them to update their software.

I just got so tired of waiting, I decided to write my own Podcatcher with all the features that I wanted. I added in all of the features from my previous application Robert's MP3 loader so now it gives a pretty good receiving experience where you can have fresh content on your device every day, and have random MP3 songs loaded as well.
