Itunes player Image ?

I cant seem to get my Logo into Itunes so it views on the player , I know alot people have asked this , but its just one of those things i dont get? I'm using Libsyn so that does most of the Itunes junk. How do I manually do this or with in libsyn? Also I notice a lot of Bigger casts don’t have logos so I assume they are lazy or it’s a pain.
