This episode of the GBS we sampled and talked about two new beers from Shmaltz Brewing (http://www.shmaltz.com/). The first beer was Bittersweet Lenny’s R.I.P.A. Tom interviewed Shmaltz’s owner, Jeremy Cowan at a recent brewfest. As always, Jeremy has great things to say concerning the craft brew industry.
