Indie Food Channel -- anyone ever submit?

We've been approached about submitting an episode or two of our Podcast (http://www.howtogirl.com)to the Indie Food Channel, (http://www.icfoodtv.com/) and I'm wondering if anyone else has had dealings with them, or submitted?

In particular, I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with their Video On Demand service (or any for that matter)? If so, is it hard to get onto?

There's a sample show on there somewhere with a transvestite "Queen of the Trailer Park" hosting a cooking show. I'm not sure how picky they really are :D
