Recomend a site/service for movie and tv show sound clips

Can anyone recommend a good site for audio clips from Tv shows and movies?

I would also love to be able to find audio for things like that time Kelsey Gramer fell of stage making that speech to college students, but the movies and tv thing is the most important.
