I ran a few shows on Skype.com with their new service on Skypecasting today and they went splendidly.

I will be available every Saturday to talk, with both the live version of the Expat Skypecast and some other ventures. When you live in Argentina adventure is always around the corner.

I think that skypecasting is really, really cool. I also think that plugging your show is part of the experience and certainly not spam.

So I suppose I will ask again in the thread for people that are interested in the future of podcasting.

Where do you think it will go with:

-Education?
-Entertainment?
-Enviromental Awareness?

I am interested to know what people and if people know about the capabilities of Skypecasting. Please submit topics below, and by all means plug your podcast if you feel you have something postive to offer.

For instance, I had a virtual classroom with English learners today as I am an English instructor. It's just amazing that...
1. Skype can bring people together from so far away
2. The service is free
3. The majority of people are really wonderful and help keep podcasting a postive community.

dude, you cant fill any message you want with self-pluggyness just because you feel like it. you can put it in yer sig, fine. thats what the sig's for. but dont stick it in the middle of your message. thats just like that other person, a few months back...same logic. "if it's an important message, which of course it is, you have the perfect right to riddle it with spam."
