Over a week ago, I sent an email requesting a correction to my psycheology listing at Podcast Alley to be made. I received an auto-response assuring me that I'd be contacted by a member of the PA team within one business day to help me with my problem.
It has now been about more than a few business days.
Anyone else ever sent in a request for help or a change to PA? How long did it take to even have contact from someone, other than an auto-responder? I don't want to rush if it generally takes a bit of time, but at the same time the initial email said "within one business day," so I'm a little thrown off.
