Why won't Podcast Alley respond to me?

I need help. My podcast Movies You Should See is listed twice in the podcast alley directory. That's because we changed our URL last October and couldnt edit our listing, and so had to enter again. Trouble is now we have two listings, one of which hasn't been updated in months, the other every week.

It's a problem because people still vote for the old one.

My issue here is Podcast Alley. Since October I have written to them at least once a month asking for the duplicate listing to be removed. I've done that through email, trough error reporting on the listing, I even have trouble ticket numbers. What I don't have is any form of response from Podcast Alley. Nothing. What do I have to do to get a response from these people. Email isnt enough. This is really bad.

Perhaps because you've pissed them off by posting this same thing in just about every single section of the message board?

Anyway, no one is getting a repsonse right now so it's not going to help to post a million times about it. Just sit back and wait like the rest of us.

Well, I've got a duplicate listing and wrote them a couple of times a number of months ago. I never heard back from them, so I am guessing that they are not able to remove dupes.

theres over 1000 other errors in the cue before you. and he's not spendin much of his time fixing them, rahter he's adding new casts. just wait for the podcast alley makeover (whever that will be)

I think the makeover is a myth.

Well, my requests were sent many months ago, so it must be one hell of a queue. Actually, this is something that any database would be able to have done within a few seconds, so I'm guessing that nobody is listening.

yeah I had a problem for a while too and then I contacted them via IM. He changed it for me right there. Listen to the man.

Alas, I haven't been able to catch him on Skype, and I don't use instant messengers. I'll keep trying Skype.

I was joking about saying 'the alley is dead' because I don't agree and I've seen threads based on that topic.
