New To Podcasting

I have instructions from feedburner to use blogger to podcast. i set up an account with blogger and the instructions for adding the mp3 file for my podcast says this:

Add an entry. To add your mp3 file, create a text link, select it with the the link tool, and enter the url for your mp3 file.

The question I have is how do you enter the url for the mp3 file. Maybe i'm not getting it. Is their another step I have to do to have a url to point to?

you have to have your mp3s hosted somewhere
might i suggest switchpod (http://www.switchpod.com)...they'll take care of the feed and hosting aspect of it for you, so you won't even have to bother with feedburner (not that it really is too much of a bother, nor do you have to not use it)
