I'm always trying to think of ways to keep things interesting (mainly for me that is).

I run a Home Made Music Podcast (www.homemadehitshow.com)

Does anyone need a theme and would have any interest in running it as a contest on my show ?

Nice bit of cross promotion. homemadehitshow@gmail.com if you're interested.

Interesting idea....how would it work? I tell you my show needs a theme song and then what - you talk up my show and see who sends in something good?

Something like that. You could give me guidelines, length, general style, lyrics if you have/want any. You could tell your listeners who would then hopefully listen to my show, I would send my listeners your way. Fun for the musicians, a bit of free pub for all. You would get to choose the winner or no one.

As you can tell I only just thought this through :D

Thanks, but I really don't need a Them. Isn't 'Them' a black & white movie about giant ants attacking Los Angeles?

my themesong is "Banjo Lick", by some dude who submitted their work into the public domain through flashkit.com/soundfx
its, like 11 seconds long or so

Also emailing you as I write. We have a theme song contest (http://www.wyethdigital.com/howtogirl/Theme%20Song%20Rules.html) going that could use a boost!
