Okay, I watched from 1-5. Some quick thoughts:
• The camera work is excellent on all of them.
• The variety of style in your vignettes is very clear, and well done.
• The endings seem to be more of an "in joke," and suffer for it a bit when viewed by someone who doesn't "get" what's so funny about shooting/being shot; no matter how well executed (no pun intended) the gag is.
A couple of suggestions from someone who's been there:
If you're doing split screens in a application that allows it (like FCP or Premier), feather the line between the two halves of the screen. It will hide the color differences between screens and even blend some of the shots where the two halves don't quite mesh horizontally.
For the robot piece (and your other gun pieces), two or three frames of a white screen just before your actor disappears will add impact and punch without a bunch of messy compositing of ray gun effects. It's an old hollywood editor's trick. A quick, almost imperceptible flash of white as a trigger is pulled (usually inserted on the lead edge of the bang) can do wonders for the dramatic effect of a gun.
It's a good start! Keep up the great work, and work on those endings!

No problem! You guys remind me a lot of myself.
I started out doing stuff like your videos back in '89, and we had to edit between a camera, home stereo, and VCR. Pretty messy stuff, so we had to learn a lot of "practical" effects and in-camera editing tricks. Thank god tech has finally begun to catch up with my imagination! Makes life so much easier!
