VitalPodcasts.com and TPSRadio.net announce the Podcast O’ Rama 2006!
Do YOU have what it takes to take your podcast to the next level? VitalPodcasts.com and TPSRadio.net have teamed up to offer YOU the opportunity to do your show live for FREE! Podcast will face podcast in a March Madness style competition until one show is left.. Only the strong will survive!
The winner gets a live spot on the TPSRadio.net lineup which includes:
* A weekly spot on TPSRadio’s schedule (check program schedule for open slots) with your show available on our licensed dial-up and broadband station streams.
* Free use of the TPSRadio video chat room! Chat and SEE your listeners!
* Use the TPSRadio hotline for free! Calls can be forwarded to you from our 800 number.
* All tools to do your show live are FREE!
Go to The Contest Site (http://www.vitalpodcasts.com/PodcastORama2006/index.cfm), or the banner at the top of this topic, and fill out the “submit†online form! Be sure to fill out every field. April 14th is the last day to submit your show. April 15th we will release the tournament style bracket, randomly pairing up show against show.
Contest Rules
All Podcasts that have been submitted will be paired up randomly against another podcast in a tournament style bracket. Voting breakdown will be decided by the following: Judges 80% (40% VitalPodcasts judges, 40% TPSRadio.net judges) Fan voting 20% . The winner of each matchup will advance to the next round.
Podcasts will continue to compete until one show remains as the winner of Podcast-o-rama 2006.
Podcasts that due to contractual agreements with other companies can not legally have their show played live on TPSRadio.net will be disqualified and the runner up will be crowned winner. Podcasts that already do their shows live on any other website are not eligible.
All selections are final, it is not Vitalpodcasts.com or TPSRadio.net's responsibility to ensure show availability, if the podcast is not accessible during the time the judges try to listen, or the podcast does not have a current show (>14 days) available a 0 vote will be applied. Only new shows will be judged for each round of the tournament. Fan voting will be used to help assist the judges in their selection.
