iTunes should have supplied a link in the confirmation email. If that doesn't work, I would wait a bit longer. Yesterday was Saturday, and you may have hit a weekend slowdown in getting that stuff updated in their directory.
I wouldn't worry about it just yet.

I agree with Wyeth. The iTMS has to be swamped with new podcasts being submitted all the time. I submitted a new one this morning, and I would be surprised if it shows up by Wednesday.
Be sure to submit your feed to other directories, like, oh...what's that one...Podcast Alley--has anyone heard of that one?
Also, if you have a blog, I recommend installing a podcast player right on the blog. I've been hearing from other podcasters that they find a good number of people don't mess around with aggregators, and they just listen right from the web sites.
I use the one supplied by Podtrac.com, but there are assumedly other free ones out there.

how much is podtrac paying you to mention them in every post you make?

1. Nothing...I found it was a good experience for me, so I figure if others can benefit, why not share the information?
2. You'll note I didn't mention any entity or company in this post.
3. If my experience, turns bad, I'll be the first to mention it here.
4. If the hostility is there, why?

It usually takes about 24 hours after you get that email from iTunes. podtrac

This might seem incredibly stupid to suggest, but here goes. Did you type the name in exactly as you submitted it? Here's why I ask. When we first put our podcast together, we typed it as How-To. With a hyphen. That is how we submitted it. But upon further thinking, and submitting to other directories, we decided the hyphen made it too hard to find us. Anyway, iTunes has our show name with a hyphen and if you type it in a search without one, you can't find out show.
Just a thought. Otherwise, I've of Itunes taking several days. I know that it's frustrating. You could head on over to the iTunes forums and see if others are having the same problems.
