Hey all,
I've been reading the forums a few months now but never posted. I wanted to take the advice I've seen on here to wait until I've got several episodes out and have worked out all the kinks. We now have our 11th episode out and I'm very happy with how much we've improved.
Thanks to everyone that posts here for providing me with so much information that helped me out. Now I'd like to get some more personalized feedback and perhaps start promoting more.
Our podcast is called the "Broadcast Lounge." My cohosts Mandie and Joey, and I (Mike), talk about various TV shows that week. Our favorites are "24," "Lost," "Survivor," "American Idol," "Prison Break," "Grey's Anatomy," "Smallville," "Battlestar Galactica," and "The Amazing Race," just to name a few. There are many more.
Anyway, don't want to drone on any longer. If you like primetime TV, then I'd appreciate some constructive feedback about our show. I suggest listening to our most recent episode, Broadcast Lounge 011 - Doctor Huh? (http://media.libsyn.com/media/broadcastlounge/Broadcast_Lounge_011_-_Doctor_Huh.mp3), because most of the earlier ones have some bad sound quality in comparison. Keep in mind we're using Gizmo Project to record, since we're in three opposite sides of the U.S.
Also, I just finished making a 60-second Promo (http://media.libsyn.com/media/broadcastlounge/Broadcast_Lounge_-_Promo.mp3), so feel free to listen and if you want, play it on your show. I'd be glad to return the favor.
