Heather and Jonelle Ad

The Heather and Jonelle ad on the PCA homepage is driving me crazy! What's with the dithered effect and what looks like 16 colors? Have we fallen back into the mid-90s? Why don't we put spinning skulls and flaming explosion .gifs or dripping blood linebreaks on the alley while we're at it?

Maybe it's just me, but I think PCA's standards should be higher. (Although that's what I thought about CNN but who can miss those EXTREMELY annoying lowermybills.com adds.)

Sorry for the meaningless rant... I guess ad revenue is ad revenue.
