Audio feedback

I listen to many podcasts that have great audio feedback from listeners. How do you set that up? Is the phone number that has the 206 prefix a tip off?

I know I am revealing my newbiness here, but I would like to know how to get this for my podcast-you never know-someone might call in someday and leave an audio comment.

K7 is good. You can also encourage your listeners to send you an .mp3 file. Some listeners won't have the equipment to do this, so you definitely want an alternative like K7, but for those who do have the equipment, the quality is better.
