Anyone at SXSW

Hi everyone, Eric Skiff from the GlitchCast here, coming to you from SXSW.

Are any other podcasters here in Austin? if so I'd love to set up some sort of meeting.

Also, I'm here looking for great music to feature on The GlitchCast, so if you're an artist at SXSW or know of a great band here, let me know!

I know that Leann from the Biddies and Big Mike from Extra Super Action Show will both be out there this week.

The Freak Accident (Big Mike's band) will be playing. I suggest checking them out!

I'm down here... but I live down here. So, you know, not as exciting as traveling half-way across the country. The only thing I know I'm doing SXSW-wise is recording I Hate Tuesdays on the 18th, other than that, no plans.

I find it interesting that there are all of these blog panels going on throughout the week, but no podcasting panel. There was one last year. What, no interest in another? I don't know. If anything there should be two or three podcast panels... as great as blogging is, it's a text-based medium, not a visual or aural medium like podcasting.

Makes no sense to me.
